Now for some Fireworks

I think fireworks are amazing, because they can never be
duplicated. Random works of art in the sky.
Here are a few I captured last night.

Oh, wow! You had a great vantage point! I managed to be downwind and caught a lot of smoke in mine. One of these days, I'm going to find the perfect spot!

These are great photos, Andrea! And you're right: They're each a unique piece of art. Fabulous!

Thanks for sharing - great pics and I also see them color inverted manipulated overlays - anything black came become white and transparant....yum.my.

On the Fourth we ended up on next block over where some adults with disposable income must have spent a grand on illegal fireworks - bought in Virginia or Pennsylvania. Rockets went up past layer of forty foot maples. They had about six boxes about the size of a case of beer and these each set off an amazing set of small mortars. What was amazing is that they were directly overhead like a canopy.

My best....

You captured them well and made me nostalgic for more and for 4th of July picnics with potato salad and hot dogs.
